Royal wedding fail

Royal wedding fever clearly didn’t sweep through the offices of one souvenir company.

Guandong Enterprises decided to mark the wedding of Kate Middleton and Prince William by issuing a decorative bone china mug to mark the couple's first wedding anniversary next month. Nothing unusual there, you might think.

However, it seems the company were not watching the same ceremony as the rest of us last April, as the commemorative tea-holders feature pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge - with her brother-in-law Prince Harry, under the label "Will."

The cups also carry a not-so-subtle message on the reverse encouraging the pair to procreate: “The body of a man, the beauty of a woman, may they produce children.” Hmm, we think there would be trouble in the royal household if Harry and Kate did as instructed.

While it’s unclear whether the mistake is genuine or if the mugs have been made for comedic value or as a marketing ploy, it certainly made us chuckle.
