If you're anything like us, then you probably make several trips to the office kitchen a day to make a million cups of tea.
In fact, your addiction might have got so bad, a colleague once told you they were worried about you (this definitely didn't happen to us. OK, maybe it did).
But there's good news, tea addicts, there are loads of health benefits to drinking a cup of char, whether you're partial to a mug of Yorkshire Tea or prefer a spot of white tea.
A new infographic, created by lifestyle blog Fix.com, shows you just how much your body could gain from gulping down a Twinings-factory worth of tea.
For example, if you like sipping the green stuff, then you could prevent some cancers, clogging of your arteries, reduce your risk of getting a stroke and also your risk of Alzheimers.
Similarly, studies show that white tea can also help to prevent cancer with one paper showing it to have the most potent anti-cancer properties compared to processed teas.
Yerba Mate tea, originating from South America and particularly popular with Argentinians and Bolivians, can help prevent some allergies, reduce appetite and decrease the chances of a heart attack or stroke.
It can also help to increase your concentration span and help you burn more calories, which probably isn't that surprising considering it contains moderate amounts of caffeine.
If you're not keen on drinking vast quantities of caffeine, then there's always Oolong tea, which is originally from China. Studies have shown this may help to prevent cancer and cardiovascular diseases and can also help to improve bone health.
